1. Who we are

SquadGames ("we", "us", or "our") is a free-to-play sweepstake platform operated as a sole trader business based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at [email protected].

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use SquadGames. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

3. What SquadGames is

SquadGames is a free-to-play social sweepstake app. It allows users to create squads, invite friends, and have participants randomly allocated to entries (such as horses in a race or teams in a tournament) for entertainment purposes.

SquadGames does not involve real money. There are no entry fees, no prizes of monetary value awarded through the app, and no gambling. SquadGames is not a gambling product and is not regulated by the Gambling Commission or any other gambling authority.

4. Your account

To use SquadGames you will need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account credentials secure
• All activity that takes place under your account
• Ensuring the information you provide is accurate and up to date

You must not create an account on behalf of someone else or impersonate another person.

5. Acceptable use

When using SquadGames you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post or share offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the Service
• Create multiple accounts to abuse the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.

6. Squads and sweepstakes

When you create a squad, you are responsible for the people you invite. By inviting someone you confirm you have their permission to share their name and phone number with SquadGames for the purpose of sending them an invitation.

Allocations of horses or teams are made randomly by our system. We do not guarantee any particular outcome and the random draw is final.

7. Contacts access

If you choose to use the contacts feature to invite friends, you grant SquadGames permission to access your device contacts solely for the purpose of selecting people to invite to your squad. We do not upload your full contacts list to our servers. The names and phone numbers of contacts you explicitly select are stored on our servers as part of your squad record, in order to identify participants and allocate entries in the sweepstake. 8. Intellectual property

All content, design, code, and branding within SquadGames is owned by or licensed to us. You must not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you upload (such as your profile photo). By uploading content you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it within the Service.

9. Third party services

SquadGames uses third party services including Google Firebase and Google AdMob. Your use of the Service is also subject to Google's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the conduct of third party services.

10. Advertisements

SquadGames is free to use and is supported by advertising provided by Google AdMob. By using the Service you agree to the display of advertisements. We do not endorse any advertised products or services.

11. Availability

We aim to keep SquadGames available at all times but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict the Service at any time without notice for operational or maintenance reasons.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed £100.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date below. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
